The menu document as last published to this storefront, verbatim. Absent when no published snapshot exists for this assignment, or when one exists but exceeds the 2 MB size cap — snapshotWithheld tells the two apart.

true when a published snapshot EXISTS for this assignment but was left out because it is larger than the 2 MB per-snapshot size cap — snapshot is then absent even though the menu has been published.
