Cursor pagination. Every collection-feed operation takes this from its first version.

Note the shape: the cursor goes INSIDE page, not at the top level of the request. The reply returns nextCursor at the top level, and you pass it back as page.cursor.

Fields

limitnumber
Page size, 1-100. Defaults to 50 when omitted. Outside that range is a 400.
cursorstring
Opaque cursor from the previous response. Omit for the first page.
