The weekly template this storefront's hours resolve from: the location's, or — when every active menu at this store carries its own hours — the union of those menus' windows.
"The location's" has one exception. At a kitchen it does not own, the organization that owns this storefront's brand can set its own weekly hours for all of its brands there, in the OneTablet Portal. Once it has, those hours stand in for the location's here, whoever reads them: the kitchen's owner sees them on this storefront too.

Date-specific overrides — holidays, early closes.
Where
regularis an organization's own weekly hours at a kitchen it does not own, every date is limited to those hours on its weekday: a closure stays a closure, and an opening keeps only the part inside them, or reads closed if no part is. One date carries one window, so an opening that overlaps two separate own windows on that weekday — a split service, say11:00-14:00and17:00-22:00— reads closed for the whole date.
